Anagarikā Dr. Sumudu : Anagarikā Dr. Sumudu a former scientist at the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration and a PhD holder in Analytical Chemistry from the Australian National University, left her successful lay life to embark on a transformative journey towards unconditional happiness.
While diligently practising the path under the guidance of monastic teachers and a noble community, Anagārikā Dr. Sumudu is selflessly dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to overcome life’s challenges. She currently volunteers as the head teacher at the Buddhist International Girls’ School affiliated with the Jethavanarama Monastery, where she helps nurture future leaders grounded in compassion and wisdom.
What lies dormant within the mind beneath distraction, fear, and habit? In this deep exploration, we turn inward to reveal the mind’s vast and hidden capacities. Beyond intellect, beyond emotion, there is a space where wisdom arises naturally, where compassion flows freely, and where true liberation begins. This is not self-improvement – it’s self-realization.
