About this event

Spirituality • Buddhism

We live our lives through the lens of the mind — yet rarely do we pause to understand what the mind truly is, what its purpose is, and how it shapes the reality we experience.

In this talk on Mindful Awareness, we turn inward to explore the nature of consciousness itself. What is awareness? How does the mind construct our sense of reality? And why does it so often lead to stress, confusion, and dissatisfaction?

Blending scientific insight with deep spiritual understanding, this session invites you to look beyond surface-level thinking and into the underlying processes of the mind. When awareness becomes clear and grounded in reality, the hidden patterns that create mental agitation begin to dissolve.

Awareness is not something to be created — it is something to be recognised. And in that recognition lies the key to understanding life more deeply.

Through this exploration, you will begin to see your true purpose more clearly, uncover the mechanisms that cloud the mind, and discover a path to purify it from defilements. As clarity emerges, so too does insight into what is truly happening within us — and where we are heading as human beings.

Join us for this thought-provoking session where science and spirituality meet, and take a step towards understanding the mind, transforming your experience, and uncovering a deeper inner peace.
