This is a residential retreat, meaning participants will stay on-site throughout the program.All meals and accommodation are included in the registration price. Please note that accommodation will be shared.

Guided by
The retreat will be fully guided by Ven. Dharana dassa Thero and Ven. Nimaladhamma Thero from Jethavanarama monastery. The venerables have been conducting many teaching activities such as residential and day retreats, seminars, workshops etc across Australia and internationally.
𝐕𝐞𝐧. 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨:
Ven. Dassa Thero, with his curiosity and unquenchable thirst to find the “truth” about life, left his loving family in the UK to enter a monastic life at a very young age. Now as a higher ordained monk he is sharing his wisdom with a growing audience across the globe, and in Australia. He has conducted many programs across every state in Australia, during his previous visits. .
𝐕𝐞𝐧. 𝐍𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨:
Ven. Nimaladhamma Thero, is currently pursuing a doctoral research as a PhD scholar, while serving as a part time lecturer in Buddhist psychology at Sri Sathyasai university for Human Excellence in Bangalore, India. As a higher ordained monk at Jethavanarama monastery, he had been serving the community in several capacities such as Director of education at the Noble International school, providing guidance as Advisor and counsellor at the Noble Hearts child development centre, and coordinating educational and cultural initiatives with the Indian High Commission and the Vivekananda Cultural centre while guiding regular monthly full day workshops in Australia and conducting many counselling sessions to a wider community.
