About this event
Feeling overwhelmed by social media? Constant notifications, comparison, and digital noise can quietly drain our peace—especially for young minds.
Join us for a meaningful session on “Social Media Overload” and learn how to reset, refocus, and reconnect with a calmer, clearer mind.
This special session is designed to gently explore:
• How social media affects the mind and emotions
• The hidden stress behind scrolling, likes, and online validation
• Why it’s easy to feel distracted, restless, or low after long screen time
• Practical ways to regain balance and clarity in daily life
With the compassionate guidance of Ven. Rathmalane Bakkula Thero, participants will be introduced to simple yet powerful techniques rooted in Dhamma to calm the mind, improve awareness, and develop a healthier relationship with technology.
This is not about rejecting social media—but learning to use it wisely, without losing inner peace.
Especially for children aged 13 to 18 years
Parents are warmly encouraged to support their children in attending this valuable session.
