About this event
Discover how your mind shapes reality. Gain clarity, calm, and practical tools through meditation and insight into cause and effect.
Step into a space of calm reflection and discover a new way of understanding your life.
This Buddhist Detox Retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore the nature of the mind and how our thoughts, choices, and experiences are shaped through cause and effect. Using simple yet powerful examples—such as the light of a candle—we begin to see how small conditions create meaningful outcomes in our daily lives.
Through guided discussions, meditation practices, and “mental detox” sessions, you will gain practical insights into how the mind works and how to respond to life with greater clarity and awareness.
This is not about belief, but about understanding—an experience designed for anyone seeking a clearer, calmer, and more balanced way of living.
